We may collect your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, travel dates, destination, passenger details, passport/visa information and other information you choose to provide for a travel service. For payments, payment information is handled through the applicable payment provider; we do not intentionally store full card details on this website.

2. Why we use your information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, make or service travel bookings, arrange visa assistance, communicate booking updates, issue invoices/vouchers and handle payment, cancellation, refund or support requests.

3. Sharing with service providers

Where necessary, information may be shared with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa processing partners, insurers, transport providers, payment processors and other suppliers involved in fulfilling your requested service. We share only information reasonably required for that purpose.

4. Payments

If you pay online, the transaction may be processed by a third-party payment gateway such as PayU. Their own privacy and security terms also apply. Precious Vacations does not ask customers to send card numbers, CVV or OTP over WhatsApp, email or phone.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the booking, accounting, legal, tax, dispute-resolution and service-support purposes for which it was collected.
